In this newsletter, TianTong’s cross-border dispute resolution team examines judicial review of foreign and foreign-related arbitrations in China.  After conducting a thorough analysis of publicly available cases in China, the team finds the issues of the governing law of arbitration agreements and the application of discretion under Article 6 of the New York Convention worth particular attention and therefore presents detailed discussions on these two issues respectively.  Additionally, the newsletter features recent Chinese law updates.
