Ms. WANG is a partner at Tiantong Law Firm. Before joining TianTong, she served as procurator at deputy division-head level in Beijing People’s Procuratorate and has more than 15 years’ experience in civil administrative procuratorial work.

 

Ms. WANG has abundant practice experience in resolution of complicated, difficult civil and commercial disputes. She used to work at the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court and participate in the drafting of the Rules for the Supervision over Civil Proceedings by the People's Procuratorates issued by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.

 

Ms. WANG is very acquainted with judgment thinking of courts in handling civil & commercial cases and the review thinking of procuratorial supervision personnel. She handled over 300 civil & commercial cases of various types and guided the handling of more than 1,000 cases. All of the protested cases handled by her received support from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and she used to be one of top procurators in Beijing by correction rate of protested cases. Ms. WANG also created one of the first “Top 10 National Excellent Civil Administrative Procuratorial Cases”. As a former procurator with rich experience in civil administrative procuratorial work, Ms. WANG works as chief editor of/presides over the “Way to Protest” column in Tiantong Litigation Circle. In this column, she explains the protest procedure in detail and analyzes the protested cases in order to build a communication platform among procurators, judges and the outside world. Her efforts are critically acclaimed in the legal community.

Since the beginning of her legal practice, Ms. WANG has represented a large number of cases involving financial, real estate, M&A and asset transfer disputes and recovered economic losses in an aggregate amount of over RMB300 million for her clients. Most cases represented by her are complicated, difficult and involve vital interests of relevant clients. Thanks to her rich experience in case handling and impressive professionalism, Ms. WANG always manages to deliver on clients’ expectations.
